This is the Futon Factory L.A. version of the tradition Japanese Shiki. We hand make it out of a 6" all cotton futon and then add a 1" wool wrap on both sides and cover it in an organic cotton cover then add the extra tuffing that is the signature of a Shiki futon. There really is no shiki like it. Can be made in all sizes.

We also make the tradional Shiki, meaning it is only 4" thick made out of all cotton with extra tuffing. Traditionally Shiki futons are made in twin size(39x74) but we can make any size you want.
